Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Swing Shift Concierge Security Officer for a high-rise residential property in Downtown Los Angeles.

This role is perfect for someone who is polished, personable, and dependable — someone who can provide a strong front desk presence while also staying active and alert throughout the shift. If you enjoy customer interaction, like staying busy, and can balance professionalism with security awareness, this could be a great fit.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock post. We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent customer service, monitor building activity, and confidently complete patrols throughout the property.

Schedule:Sunday – Thursday3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rate:$21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors
• Monitor access control and building activity
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the property
• Complete floor riser patrols, including all 32 floors, at least once per shift
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity

• Comfortable working an active swing shift
• Able to patrol a high-rise property on foot
• Security experience preferred
