Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support daily operational quality, compliance, and documentation processes. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. The Quality Coordinator will ensure that all reports, records, and procedures meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Quality Assurance & Documentation
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily operational activities
• Review, verify, and audit reports for accuracy and completeness
• Track and document schedule changes, incidents, and compliance-related updates
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare end-of-shift, weekly, and monthly quality reports as assigned
Operational Support
• Assist supervisors and management with quality-related tasks and follow-ups
• Monitor workflow processes to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas needing correction
• Support scheduling and dispatch teams by verifying accuracy of assignments and updates
• Communicate with field staff to confirm information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
Communication & Coordination
• Communicate quality issues, errors, or missing information to appropriate departments
• Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and field personnel to resolve documentation or compliance concerns
• Maintain professional and timely communication with internal teams and clients
Multitasking & Workflow Management
• Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Monitor emails, phone calls, and system alerts while maintaining accuracy in documentation
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency, operational impact, and compliance requirements
Process Improvement
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in updating quality procedures, checklists, and internal guidelines
• Support training efforts by helping staff understand documentation and quality expectations
Qualifications
Required
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, quality, or operations support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred
• Experience in security, dispatch, scheduling, or operations environments
• Experience with TrackTik or similar security management software
• Experience preparing reports, audits, or compliance documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• 3rd shift
• Flexibility required based on operational needs
Compensation
$17.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. PPO 16302) that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Job Offers and Contingencies

Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
