ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Officer
Location: Morgantown & Reading PA Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pay: $21.00 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and observant Armed Security Officer to join our Philadelphia-based team. This role offers a consistent schedule, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to protect and serve in a highly visible position.
What You’ll Do:
- Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas by foot or vehicle
- Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity
- Respond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelines
- Write detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs)
- Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules
- Support customer service needs at front desks, loading docks, or other key locations
- Stay informed on site-specific emergency protocols
What You Need:
- Current ACT 235 certification
- Armed security experience
- Personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1–3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service preferred
- Strong written communication for report writing
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Ability to pass a background check
Bonus If You Have:
- Military background or relevant college education
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required for the post)
