Concord Security is looking for part-time and casual Mobile Security Officers to join our high profile Ports security site located in the heart of Vancouver for various shifts throughout the week. This position requires strong communication, social perceptiveness, and interpersonal skills, and excellent deportment. In this role, you will patrol the facility, ensure only authorized personnel access secure areas, address any hazards, write detailed incident reports, and more.

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour   

*** $500 HIRING BONUS! *** New team members hired between April 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026 who already hold a valid MTSC (Marine Transportation Security Clearance) will be eligible for a $500 hiring bonus.

Terms and conditions apply, and include a requirement to bid on a minimum of 3 shifts per week every week during that time period. This bonus will be paid in two installments ($250 upon completion of three months of work with Concord Security, and $250 upon completion of six months).

Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile!
• Valid BC Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
• Valid BC Security License
• Prior security experience
• Strong English communication
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Comfortable going through additional background checks to work in federally cleared job sites - Please note that all employees for this job site must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Transportation Security Clearance.
