Job Title: Armed Security Flex Officer (MD Certified)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift | Business Hours Availability Required

Uniform: Standard uniform provided

Position Overview

We are seeking an Armed Security Flex Officer with active Maryland certification to provide professional security services. This role focuses on observing, reporting, and maintaining a safe environment while supporting various site needs during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas
• Monitor premises and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports (DARs)
• Enforce site rules, policies, and post orders
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed
• Provide customer service and general site support when required

Requirements

• Active Maryland Guard Card
• Active Maryland Handgun Permit
• Personal firearm and duty gear (holster, duty belt, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military
• Familiarity with incident reporting and patrol procedures
