The Security Guard will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of visitors and staff. Essential Functions: 1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. 2. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures. 3. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance. 4. Requires extensive interior/exterior patrols to assigned areas. 5. Other duties as assigned.
