Position: Warehouse Security Officer (Inbound/Outbound)

Location: Pocono Summit

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Call

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Security Officers to join our team in Pocono Summit, PA. This role focuses on monitoring inbound and outbound truck activity, maintaining site security, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify inbound and outbound truck traffic
• Control access to the facility and maintain a secure environment
• Patrol warehouse and surrounding areas as needed
• Detect and report suspicious activity or security breaches
• Enforce site rules, safety protocols, and client policies
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports
• Provide a visible and professional security presence

Requirements

• Previous warehouse security experience required
• Availability to work all listed shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of security experience
• Prior military or law enforcement background
• Experience with access control and logistics environments
