Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Must be able to train for two weeks between the hours of 8AM-11PM

Pay Rate: $18.73 per hour

Job Summary: Join the team at Dunbar Security Solutions in Richmond, VA. As a Security Officer, you will perform essential duties to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, employees, visitors, and the public.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and shift logs.
• Provide a visible security presence by conducting routine patrols and monitoring assigned areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in creating a safe and secure environment for residents and authorized visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
