The Program Manager (PM) will oversee assigned on-site leadership personnel, ensuring operational excellence, contract compliance, and the successful management of security services. This role combines responsibilities including oversight of operational, administrative, and personnel management functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management oversight to assigned contracts, including supervision of on-site leadership personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all Statements of Work (SOW), government directives, company policies, regulations.
  • Act as the primary company liaison with the client, Contracting Officer, and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Oversee operational and administrative deliverables, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support employee relations in coordination with Human Resources, including coaching, counseling, and performance management.
  • Monitor operational metrics, using reporting tools to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Reinforce exemplary service delivery to the client, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with corporate guiding principles: transparency, trust, accountability, results-oriented performance, and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professional standards in all activities.
  • Set a leadership example promoting participation, ownership, and a focus on execution, customer satisfaction, and financial management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Security, or related field (required).
  • Project Management certification preferred (PMP, CPP, PSP, etc.).
  • Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience managing on-site teams providing physical security services, including all aspects of security operations and administration.
  • Competencies: results-driven, effective conflict management, adaptability, and agility.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight trips.
  • Virginia DCJS Unarmed License (perferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
