Flex Security Officer (Unarmed)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Multiple Sites Throughout the Phoenix Area)

Pay: $17.00 – $20.50 per hour

Schedule: Flex – Any Day, Any Shift (Open Availability Required)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Unarmed Flex Security Officer to provide coverage at various client sites throughout the Phoenix, AZ area. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to different environments and assignments.

The ideal candidate will have prior security experience and be comfortable working a wide range of shifts and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security services at assigned locations
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols
• Fill in for open shifts, call-offs, and special assignments
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized or unsafe activity
• Monitor premises and report suspicious behavior
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Follow all company and client security procedures

Requirements

• Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card License (required)
• Prior security experience required
• Experience in patrol, mobile, or flex roles strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within the Phoenix area
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments

Availability Requirements

• Must have open availability
• Willing to work any day and any shift
• Includes days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available for last-minute and on-call coverage
