Position SummaryThe Branch Manager oversees daily 24/7 security operations, leading a diverse team to deliver high-quality service, operational efficiency, and strong client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary company representative in the region, responsible for both managing current operations and actively supporting local growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in 24/7 security operations (preferred but not required).
  • Experience managing budgets and meeting financial goals.
  • Security management certifications such as CPP or PSP (preferred).
  • Sales experience (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage security supervisors and officers.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations with coaching and feedback.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and client expectations.
  • Verify that new hires hold proper security licenses or complete required State Training before working.
  • Track all license expirations and renew 90 days prior.
  • Report new hires and terminations to the State of TN.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to sustain uninterrupted 24/7 coverage.
  • Oversee incident and emergency responses to ensure fast, effective resolution.
  • Conduct security assessments and create detailed post orders.

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and service reliability.
  • Conduct client meetings and routine site visits to evaluate service levels.
  • Prepare and present reports on operations, incidents, and satisfaction metrics.

Growth & Business Development

  • Generate qualified sales leads within the region.
  • Represent the company during introductions, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the SE Sales Team to develop leads, convert them into prospects, and secure new business.
  • Lead growth conversations when transitioned from sales professionals.

Financial Management

  • Oversee branch budget, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoice processing.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory review.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for at least 1 hour.
  • Ability to walk ½ mile without stopping.
  • Ability to climb 20 commercial stairs without stopping.
