 Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm  

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor has responsibility for supervising the security staff provided to the client.  

The Supervisor will perform the following duties:   

   

Interior and exterior patrols of the property, buildings and facilities, and monitor those areas to ensure Security and Safety. The Supervisor will respond to emergency situations ranging from fire and door alarms to medical and police responses. The Supervisor will respond to take reports, conduct preliminary investigations of incidents, and generate detailed reports of the same.   

   

Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-visibility, client-facing security environment
  • Must be proficient in computer systems, incident reporting, daily log audits, and email correspondence
  • Knowledge/experience with Guardtek (or similar systems) preferred
  • Hands-on leader who is present on the floor — this is not a desk job; supervisor must patrol the site, especially loading dock and public areas
  • Working knowledge of CCTV and access control systems (including how to review/export footage and oversee alarm response procedures)
  • Strong training and onboarding experience — must personally train new officers and ensure OJT and post knowledge is fully completed before assigning shifts
  • Daily accountability and communication with property management is required
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Able to enforce company and site policies, conduct corrective conversations, and initiate progressive discipline when needed
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing documentation, rosters, post orders, and site-specific materials (e.g., staff photo book)
  • Must demonstrate emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple personalities and shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and hold officers accountable without being confrontational
