The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.      

As a Security Officer, you will:      

·     Greet and identify all personnel, contractors, and visitors, truck drivers entering the facility     

·     Verify identification badges, workorders, or visitor passes     

·     Deny access to unauthorized individuals and notify management     

·      Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies     

·      Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations     

·      Perform regular exterior patrols, securing access points     

·      Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned

Scheduling:     

·      This is a part-time position averaging 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available     

·      Shifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needs
