Sunstates Security is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at one of our client locations.

This position offers a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while ensuring the safety and security of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed shift reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management.
• Manage incident response, investigations, and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, scheduling, and coverage for the site.
• Train new officers on site-specific duties and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and log site activity, including access control and visitor management.
• Address performance issues and escalate concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of security supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Valid state security license (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff professionally.
• Proficiency in incident reporting and basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols as required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with access control systems.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Customer service experience.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
