Prosegur Security is hiring a Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager in the Atlanta, GA area. This role requires strong observation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to security situations while delivering excellent customer service. Essential Functions:

  • Oversee GSOC operations, team training and development.
  • Analyze and assess risks and threats to associates, assets and reputation.
  • Produce reports and assessments supporting the team’s mission.
  • Develop best in class GSOC training material, using continuous improvement approach to processes and practices.
  • Monitor all-source information to pro-actively identify and assess threats that could potentially impact AYI workforce and operations.
  • Assist in the identification, research and production of timely and relevant assessments and intelligence reports analyzing security threats, trends and events by drawing on a variety of sources. Provide rapid assessments and investigative support for breaking security developments or sensitive issues
  • Use social media, open-source tools, and commercial. subscription services to collect and analyze intelligence relevant to company operations.
  • Monitor geopolitical developments for potential impact to traveling employees and assist in administering travel security program.
  • Support executive protection initiatives and special event planning as necessary in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support an environment of protecting associates, assets, and reputation through pro-active intelligence reporting, information sharing, and partnering with cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize structured analytic techniques to develop tailored products and provide threat warning notifications to decision-makers across the business.
  • Gather and analyze data to facilitate improvements in the methodologies, tools and techniques to enable the team to scale and optimize operations to mitigate potential risk.
  • Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects reputation and minimizes risk.
  • Performs administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of technology to solve existing and future business problems.
  • Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels.
  • Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Security best practices, and handling of confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytical disciplines, security intelligence functions or work in a public/private sector role.
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience communicating to executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
  • Flexible work schedule, able to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
  • International experience, preferably with a Security department of a Fortune 500 company.
  • No direct formal intelligence training/experience is required; however, functional knowledge of domestic and international security issues, including activism, terrorism, and criminal activities, is preferred.

  • Maintain communication with other managers. Relays information regarding startup or situations that may affect operations

Additional Duties:

  • Work with leadership to adapt and apply for Prosegur initiatives and programs in a manner that supports local business needs
  • Communicate and demonstrate support for Prosegur decisions even if not consistent with own point of view
  • Partner with Corporate HR teams on special projects and assignments
