Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Lobby Ambassador for a luxury high-rise apartment building in the Mid-Wilshire area.

We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality mindset who understands how to create an exceptional resident and guest experience. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, concierge, front desk, hotel, or hospitality experience who are polished, professional, and confident in a high-end environment.

This is not a traditional guard-style post. We are seeking someone who can provide a welcoming lobby presence, deliver outstanding service, assist with daily front desk needs, and help maintain a smooth and professional resident experience.

The right candidate will be friendly, poised, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and building staff in a luxury setting.

Schedule:Wednesday - Sunday7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a polished and professional presence
• Manage lobby access control and visitor entry
• Assist with package management and front desk support
• Provide high-level customer service and resident assistance
• Maintain awareness of lobby activity and building flow
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and management
• Help create a warm, organized, and upscale environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service or hospitality experience required
• Hotel, concierge, front desk, luxury residential, or guest services experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Comfortable working in a high-end, resident-facing environment
• Organized, dependable, and service-minded
• Security experience is a plus, but hospitality and customer service come first
