We are seeking a motivated and professional Branch Field Training Officer to support multiple sites across Houston.

For the Overnight hours of Operation.

This is a leadership-track position designed for a self-starter who values teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high professional standards in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new security officers
• Conduct site visits, field audits, and performance evaluations
• Reinforce professionalism, report writing, and customer service standards
• Support site supervisors and assist with operational issues as they arise
• Perform patrols, access control, and camera monitoring when needed
• Assist with shift coverage to ensure consistent service delivery
• Handle minor operational tasks, including basic vehicle and golf cart maintenance (such as tire changes)

This role requires someone who can lead by example in the field, support the operations team, and help ensure officers are trained, confident, and performing at a high level.

Requirements:

• Prior security experience required
• FTO or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Must be 25 years or older (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must meet background and fit-for-duty standards
