Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | First Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.51 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to help maintain safety and security at our facility. This position involves patrolling, monitoring, and responding to security concerns while providing a professional and courteous presence for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will:

• Patrol assigned areas, including walking or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor for security threats, hazards, or emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Provide site-specific support, such as lobby/visitor reception, loss prevention, or loading dock security.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
• Follow all company policies, emergency procedures, and Use of Force guidelines.
• Represent the company with professionalism, including maintaining appearance and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Required / Strongly Preferred:

• 1 year of security experience
• Open and weekend availability

Preferred:

• Driver’s license
