• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Position Overview:The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring site access, conducting patrols, and enforcing security procedures. This position plays a key role in managing truck access control and verifying cargo security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor truck access by checking seals and verifying truck and trailer numbers for vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance systems.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure proper security procedures are followed.
• Control and permit authorized entry to the facility.
• Respond to incidents and obtain assistance when necessary by activating alarms or contacting appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed reports by documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
• Interview witnesses and obtain necessary statements and signatures when required.
• Monitor building and equipment controls to help maintain a safe operating environment.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of assigned areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
