Armed Security Officers Needed in Atlanta, GA

We are currently seeking Armed Security Officers to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen, and have a neat appearance. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation, have reliable transportation and phone, possess GA basic unarmed security training (24 hours) and, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.  

Shift:   

Friday - Saturday 9pm - 6am   

Friday - Saturday 11pm - 5am   

Friday - Saturday 10pm - 6am   

Pay:   

$20.00-$24.00/hr    

Responsibilities:  

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property

 Requirements:  

• 18 years of age or older
• U.S. Citizen
• Neat appearance
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a background investigation
• Have reliable transportation and smartphone
• 3 Years of Armed Security Experience
• A valid Georgia Weapons Carry License (WCL)
• GA Blue Card
• Professional demeanor
