A&H Security is looking for experienced Security Officers who have experience in managing crowd of about 250 individuals in an indoor cafeteria setting. The ideal candidate must have an F02+F03+F04, preferably 2+ years experience as a Security Officer. The F03/F04 Fire Guard plays a crucial role in ensuring safety and crowd control in various establishments across New York City. They are responsible for monitoring designated areas, identifying potential fire hazards, and taking immediate action to prevent emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Valid F02/F03/F04 Fire Guard certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) is mandatory on hire.
• Strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
• Ability to direct and control a crowd in an indoor setting.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies as needed.
