Securemedy is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly reliable Flex Security Officer to join our elite Flex Officer Program. Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage across multiple client sites
• Support urgent callouts, new account openings, and short-term events
• Conduct foot patrols, monitor access control, and enforce site procedures
• Maintain a strong, professional security presence
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and Securemedy leadership
• Adapt quickly to varying post orders and operational needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service in every assignment

Requirement

• Three years security experienced
• Security licenses in multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to work across multiple locations and shifts
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Consistent availability within agreed work windows
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 40 miles
• Ability to work 3–5 days per week, including varied shifts
• Physical ability to perform standard security duties

Credentials 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record 
• Current certifications/licenses (as applicable):  
• DC Armed SPO, MD Guard License, MD Armed Permit
• VA DCJS Certification & Firearms Endorsement 
• Handcuff, Baton, OC/Spray 
• FA/CPR/AED
