International Guard Services (IGS) is currently hiring Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officers for a residential HOA gated community in the Spring / Woodlands area. This position is ideal for professional officers who enjoy community-based security, customer service, and maintaining a safe neighborhood environment.

As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, officers will help protect the community, control access at entry gates, and maintain a strong security presence throughout the property. We are seeking dependable individuals who are alert, professional, and committed to keeping residential communities safe.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Level II Texas Security Guard Card (Required)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned location
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Dependable officers with strong observation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

• Control access at gated entry points for residents, visitors, and contractors
• Verify visitor access and maintain entry logs when required
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter suspicious activity
• Patrol residential streets and community areas as assigned
• Monitor cameras and gate systems when applicable
• Observe and report suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns
• Assist residents, guests, and service vendors with directions or information
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Communicate with HOA management and company supervisors regarding security matters
