2nd Shift: Monday-Friday (3PM-11PM)  

Pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour    

Position Summary:    

This position requires attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. Additional training will be required but will be completed on the job.       

Minimum Qualifications    

• Must have or be able to obtain a Valid Security License as required by the state of Alabama 
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence 
• Must have knowledge of Windows Office or other app-based technology as our officers have to use a digital platform to check in and out trucks.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license from current state of residence
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 

 Duties and Responsibilities:    

Patrol & Surveillance • Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns • Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials • Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity    

Incident Response & Reporting • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol • Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents • Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)    

Customer Service & Policy Enforcement • Assist visitors and employees professionally • Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols • Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)    

Physical Requirements (subject to change based on client-specific needs)    

• Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break • Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping • Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping    

Education & Experience:    

Minimum    

• High School Diploma or equivalent   

• 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience    

Preferred   

 •3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience    

• 1+ years of verifiable Supervisory experience
