Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Bunola, PA
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday / 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Monday / 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide safety and security services in accordance with site Post Orders and company policies. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned
- Monitor and report security threats, hazards, and unusual activity
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
- Respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures and Use of Force Policy
- Provide customer service, access control, loss prevention, or other site-specific duties
- Follow all company policies, attendance standards, and grooming guidelines
- Participate in required training and orientation programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–3 years of work experience preferred (security, military, law enforcement, or customer service a plus)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to remain professional and de-escalate situations
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license may be required (depending on assignment)

- Must pass background investigation and drug/alcohol screening
- Must meet all client and company-specific requirements
