Job Overview Prosegur Security is seeking professional, customer-service-driven Security Officers to join our growing team in Longmont, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Check-in: contractor and employee check-ins at the front lobby using digital access systems, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, and enforcing site access policies.

• Onsite patrols: Conducting routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility to ensure safety, security compliance, and proper operation of restricted and climatecontrolled areas.

• CCTV and alarm monitoring: Monitoring surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control panels; responding to alerts, incidents, and anomalies in accordance with site procedures and reporting requirements. • Professional Communication: Greet employees and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. • Incident Reporting: Use company-provided smart equipment to log daily activities (No heavy paperwork!).

• Safety First: Maintain a watchful eye for safety hazards or unauthorized access to ensure a secure environment.

• Adaptability: Remain coachable and open to learning new site technologies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• No Guard Card Required (Internal training provided).

• Must have 1 year of security experience (Preferred, but we will train the right attitude!).

• Reliable transportation to the Longmont site.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

• Occasional sitting for long periods of time

• Comfortable using basic technology (computers/smartphones/apps).

• Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to ethical behavior.

Certification Requirements

• CPR/AED/First Aid (Training and classes can be provided)
