Job Title: Full-Time Security Officer

Location: Nebraska City, NE 

Schedule & Pay

• Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Schedule: 3-4 Days Per Week, Determined by post
• Pay:
• • $15.51 per hour for Main Entrance Post

Position Overview: St. Moritz is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Nebraska City, NE for flexible evening shifts. This position offers 3-4 days of work per week with varied posts, and pay is based on the assignment. If assigned to the shipping post, you’ll earn $16.56 per hour; for the main entrance post, pay is $15.51 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor security and safety.
• Secure shipping areas or manage access at the main entrance, depending on the post assignment.
• Operate and monitor security systems, alarms, and cameras.
• Inspect for hazards, security breaches, or unusual activity, and report or address accordingly.
• Assist visitors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Document and report incidents and shift transitions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and vigilance.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or public safety is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work 3-4 days per week and rotate between posts.
