Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Ridgefield, WA Schedule: Weekends / Weekdays | 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour 

Job Summary

Now hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Ridgefield, WA. This position offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour and the opportunity to work in a professional security environment. We are seeking dependable candidates with flexible availability who can maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.Weekday and weekend availability is required. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot patrols (vehicle or golf cart patrols if assigned)
• Monitor property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports
• Provide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients
• Follow all company policies and site post orders
• Participate in required training and maintain professional standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Requirements

• Must pass background check (criminal, credit, and motor vehicle)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening (if required)
• Must be dependable with consistent attendance
