Position Summary       

Act Security Group is seeking a dependable and professional Security Site Supervisor for an active construction/industrial project in Haskell, Texas.    

This role is responsible for supervising site security operations, ensuring proper staffing coverage, maintaining the professionalism of all assigned officers, and overseeing access control at the main guard shack. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience and the ability to manage personnel, enforce site procedures, and communicate effectively with site management.   

Schedule       

Officers will work a rotating schedule as follows:       

• Week 1: 4 days on / 3 days off (48 hours per week)
• Week 2: 3 days on / 4 days off (36 hours per week)

Shifts Available      

• Day Shift 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Night Shift 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Shift times are set schedules.

Housing Opportunity       

Due to the remote location of this work site, Officers will have the opportunity to live on-site, with room and board provided at no cost.       

Key Responsibilities       

• Supervise daily security operations for the Haskell project site.
• Work posted in the guard shack performing access control duties 
• Verify credentials and allow entry for: 
• • Site employees 
  • Construction employees 
  • Security officers 
  • Badged/authorized personnel 
• Ensure all officers remain in proper uniform and meet performance expectations
• Oversee scheduling and accountability for 7 officers across two shifts
• Confirm all shifts are covered, and schedules are followed
• Work closely with the shift supervisor to ensure a smooth transition and oversight of the overnight shift
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and ACT management
• Assist with incident response, reporting, and documentation as needed
• Conduct patrols on foot when required

Requirements       

• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Must possess a valid Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License 
• Previous security supervision experience is required
• Strong communication and observation skills 
• Ability to patrol on foot and remain alert for long shifts 
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
