Pay Rate: $19.25/hour  

Schedule:          

Officers will work a rotating schedule as follows:          

• Week 1: 4 days on / 3 days off (48 hours per week)
• Week 2: 3 days on / 4 days off (36 hours per week)

Shifts Available:         

• Day Shift 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Night Shift 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Shift times are set schedules.

Housing Opportunity          

Due to the remote location of this work site, Officers will have the opportunity to live on-site during scheduled hours, with room and board provided at no cost.          

Key Responsibilities          

• Work posted in the guard shack performing access control duties 
• Verify credentials and allow entry for: 
• • Site employees 
  • Construction employees 
  • Security officers 
  • Badged/authorized personnel 
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity 
• Monitor site activity and report suspicious behavior immediately 
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports as required 
• Communicate with supervisors and site leadership as needed 
• Assist with incident response and documentation when necessary 
• Conduct foot patrols of the site when required 
• Maintain professional uniform appearance and follow all post orders  

Requirements          

• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must possess a valid Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License 
• Previous security experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings
• Strong communication and observation skills 
• Ability to patrol on foot and remain alert for long shifts 
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
