Security Supervisor Position – Men's Shelter (Bronx) 

A&H Security, a leading MBE-certified security company, is hiring experienced Security Supervisors for a men's shelter facility in the Bronx. This 32BJ Union site offers prevailing wage rates and comprehensive union benefits.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise security staff: assign breaks, posts, and duties during your shift
• Train new security officers of the Standard Operating Procedures of the Facility
• Monitor access control systems and personnel
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention to protect staff and clients
• Conduct facility rounds to prevent, detect, and report hazardous situations and illegal activities
• Oversee AWOL property procedures and monitor client property logging for accuracy
• Review log books, incident reports, and administrative documentation for accuracy
• Keep management informed of critical incidents on assigned shifts
• Fulfill Safety Security Officer duties as needed
• De-Escalate situations as needed
• Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must have Active F02 and F03
• Other Duties as Assigned
