Position Summary:

International Guard Services is actively hiring Security Supervisors to oversee site operations, lead officer teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple client locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are ready to step into leadership roles within the private security industry.

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in daily field operations — including patrols, training, incident response, and upholding company standards. Candidates should be organized, dependable, and able to lead by example in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and support assigned security officers across designated sites
• Conduct routine patrols, post checks, and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns
• Enforce all safety and security policies and procedures consistently
• Maintain accurate reports and shift documentation (incident reports, daily logs, etc.)
• Assist with training, mentoring, and performance feedback for officers
• Act as a liaison between officers, clients, and operations leadership
• Candidate Must have experience in WinTeam and/or TrackTik to monitor operations
• Field Supervisor's assigned Schedule:  

Thursday 6pm - 10pm, &  Friday thru Sunday 6p -6a

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in security
• Valid Level 2 or Level 3 security license (as required by state law)
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm and professional under pressure; confident decision-maker
• Proficient in WinTeam, TrackTik, or similar scheduling/reporting tools
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field (preferred)
• Experience with CCTV monitoring, access control, and alarm response
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Prior field supervisor or site lead experience preferred
