  We are looking for reliable, observant, and energetic Event Security Staff to join our team for an upcoming Flag Football Tournament! If you enjoy being outdoors and being part of a high-energy sporting event, this is the perfect weekend gig for you. 

Job Details

• Dates: Saturday, February 28th & Sunday, March 1st, 2026
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Both days)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor entry points and ensure only authorized players, coaches, and spectators enter specific zones.
• Crowd Management: Assist with directing traffic flow and ensuring sidelines remain clear for official play.
• Safety Rounds: Conduct regular perimeter checks to maintain a secure environment for all attendees.
• Customer Service: Act as a friendly point of contact for participants needing directions or general event information.
• Incident Reporting: Quickly communicate any safety concerns or medical needs to the event coordinator.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, event hosting, or athletics is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 10-hour shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable for both days of the tournament.
