Unarmed Security Officer needed in Blacksburg, SC - $15.50/hr - Weekly Pay

Key Requirements for this position
- Strong Computer Skills
- Hospitality Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Truck Gate Experience a plus

Requirements for Unarmed Security Officers

Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license
Must be able to walk 8 miles in a shift
Must pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana

Job responsibilities

Checking in and out trucks to make sure they have the appropriate permissions to be on the property.
Checking in visitors and contractors and ensuring they have the proper identification to be on the property.
Weighing tankers before they leave the property.
Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate persons
Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
Respond to requests for assistance related to safety and security.
Monitor security cameras for potential problems on site.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
