Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage a small team of 3 - 5 guards at the given site.

- Be familiar and comfortable with issuing disciplinary or corrective action to subordinates.

- Be responsible for the Site's equipment.

- Be responsible for ensuring provided company vehicle is equipped and operational. Must report any issues to Account Manager.

- Be willing to assist in overtime and coverage of extra shifts to ensure fully staffed site.

- Be willing to converse with Site Staff.

- Ensure that all guards are adhering to company policy and following post orders.

- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unlawful entry, theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Provide security through monitoring of cameras, assess control, and patrols with a security vehicle and on foot.
- Provide hourly patrols of the client location
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer usage skills
• Security Experience preferred
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
