Shifts:
$18.00 Per Hour
Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM - 8: 00 PM
Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Sundays off- Major Holidays off

Job Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout the public facility to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of patrons, staff, and property. This role requires maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence that promotes a welcoming environment while upholding facility policies and rules. The officer must respond calmly and professionally to rule violations, disturbances, or safety concerns, including situations that may be stressful or high-pressure. Strong communication, sound judgment, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, as the officer is expected to de-escalate situations respectfully, enforce facility regulations consistently, and provide assistance or guidance to patrons as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols
- Must be able to handle de-escalation with patrons in a professional manner when needed.
- Support staff on premises with any conflicts with patrons violating rules and regulations.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- Report any facility issues.
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations when applicable.
