We are seeking professional, dependable Security Floater Officers to support multiple high-profile commercial properties. This position requires a high level of flexibility, reliability, and professionalism, as assignments are based on operational needs and coverage demands.
As a Floater Officer, you will serve as part of our rapid-response coverage team, providing support for call-offs, vacancies, special assignments, and emergencies. This role is best suited for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and able to meet variable scheduling requirements.

Availability is a condition of employment for this position. Scheduling is not guaranteed and is based on business needs, officer availability, and performance. Officers who are unable or unwilling to meet required availability or who decline offered assignments may experience limited scheduling or may not be eligible for continued assignment.
All new hires begin in the Floater Program for a minimum of 60 days before becoming eligible for permanent placement.

Compensation is merit-based and reflects reliability, availability, and performance. Officers who consistently demonstrate flexibility and professionalism may be eligible for performance increases and priority consideration for permanent assignments.
