Key Responsibilities
As our HR Director, you will manage all core HR functions, including:
· Security Guard Licensing & Compliance
· Employee Relations & HR Administration
· Workers’ Compensation & Unemployment Claims
· Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding
· Terminations & Documentation
· Benefits & Policy Management
· Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is strongly preferred (or the ability to obtain within the first year). Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of New York State and federal employment laws, with experience in compliance-driven HR environments preferred.
