Now Hiring Front Desk Security Officers – Multiple Shifts
Location: Flushing, Queens


We are currently seeking Front Desk Security Officers for a controlled residential property at a single, fixed site in Flushing, Queens. This position focuses on front-desk operations, including CCTV monitoring, visitor access control, and verifying resident movement in accordance with established site procedures.

This role involves regular interaction with building staff and residents, so a professional appearance, calm demeanor, and strong situational awareness are essential. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus, but not required.


Available Schedules

(All shifts are at the same location)

  • Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    40 hours per week
  • Tuesday – Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    40 hours per week
  • Friday & Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    Sunday & Monday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    32 hours per week
  • Thursday – Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    40 hours per week


Start Date & Transition Notice

This account officially launches February 12. We are onboarding in advance to ensure full coverage and a smooth opening. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who:

  • Can work in a floater/on-call capacity until February, or
  • Already have a planned job transition in February and are securing their next role ahead of time


Important Commitment Requirement

If you confirm February availability and complete the hiring process, we expect you to report as agreed. Candidates who commit to the start date and later withdraw without cause will not be considered for future assignments.


Additional Notes

  • Single, fixed post (no travel between sites)
  • Structured front-desk environment
  • Reliability and follow-through are mandatory
  • This is a 24/7 relief post. If your relief does not report, you are expected to remain on post until relieved
  • While this situation is rare, supervisors may stop by to provide an unofficial rest period if extended coverage is required
  • We are looking for individuals who can step up during those rare but critical moments
