  • Leadership & Supervision
    • Select, train, supervise, and develop all security staff assigned to the property.
    • Ensure all posts are staffed by polished, professional personnel who meet both USI and Raffles brand standards.
    • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Luxury Guest-Facing Operations
    • Maintain a highly visible, polished presence in the hotel, interacting with residents, guests, and VIPs.
    • Ensure officers deliver service with professionalism, etiquette, and discretion.
    • De-escalate conflicts or guest concerns without disruption to the guest experience.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison with hotel leadership, ensuring constant alignment with client expectations.
    • Attend client meetings, provide updates, and quickly resolve concerns.
    • Collaborate on the development of site-specific procedures, event security plans, and access control policies.
  • Administrative & Operational Oversight
    • Manage schedules, timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and compliance with USI/Client standards.
    • Review, approve, and submit reports, incident logs, and activity documentation.
    • Conduct post inspections and adjust staffing as needed for hotel events, VIP visits, or special assignments.
    • Maintain and update post orders at least every 6 months.
  • Safety & Incident Response
    • Lead response to all significant incidents, ensuring proper notifications are made per USI and client policy.
    • Coordinate with hotel security, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary.
    • Oversee training in CPR/First Aid and ensure readiness of the team.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in Contract Security Hospitality.
  • Background in luxury hotels, as well as high-end residential, or Class A corporate environments strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; polished, confident, and client-facing.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, payroll, and report management.
  • Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and discretion.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet all Massachusetts licensing and background requirements.
