About the Role

We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly observant Security Concierge to serve as the friendly face of security for our client’s credit union branch. This is not a traditional “guard” position – it is a customer-service-first role where your primary mission is to make every member, employee, and visitor feel welcomed, safe, and valued the moment they walk through the door.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every person entering with a warm, genuine smile and verbal welcome
  • Deliver true concierge-level assistance (hold doors, provide directions, etc.)
  • Maintain a calm, approachable lobby presence while quietly scanning for anything out of the ordinary
  • Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control with sharp attention to detail
  • Enforce branch policies (no hats/masks/sunglasses, bag protocol, etc.) politely and professionally
  • Respond quickly and calmly to member concerns, medical situations, or emergencies
  • Perform discreet interior and perimeter patrols and assist with opening/closing
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation


Required Qualifications

  • Current Non-Commissioned Security License (Level II or state equivalent) – active and in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing security experience (banking, credit union, hospitality, or luxury retail strongly preferred)
  • Outstanding soft skills and proven de-escalation ability
  • Professional appearance – suit-style uniform provided by company
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
