Available Shift: Thursday - Sunday 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday 11 PM to 7 AM

• Welcoming potential guests and visitors as they arrive.
• Grant access to authorized persons to enter property,
• Follow after-hours access protocols
• Monitors entrances and exits using CCTV systems.
• Maintain detailed written records and other documentation
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Respond to requests from management in a timely and expeditious fashion.
• Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazard. 
  
  Requirements
• Heavily Encouraged to have Commercial highrise secuirity experience (6 months to 1 year)
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience 
• ALWAYS possess a friendly and bright demeanor while on duty.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Multi task and problem solve, taking initiative and having a “can do” attitude
• Able to effectively work independently or within groups.
• Computer proficiency is a MUST
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
