Recruiting Operations Specialist – Southwest/West Territory (TX, AZ, NV, CA)
Pay: $46,700–$48,500 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/weekends)
Location: Hybrid Remote — must be able to support Central and Pacific time zones
Territory: Texas (TX), Arizona (AZ), Nevada (NV), California (CA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support high-volume hiring across our Southwest/West Territory. This role is the operational engine of our recruiting process—ensuring candidates move quickly, accurately, and compliantly through each step, from requisition intake through pre-screen readiness, manager interview scheduling, and start-date tracking.
You’ll work closely with Regional Recruiters and local site leaders to keep hiring fast, organized, and consistent across markets. If you enjoy high-urgency work, thrive in a high-volume environment, and excel at improving processes, reporting, and scheduling logistics, this role may be a great fit.
