Branch Manager- 24/7 Physical Security Services
Position Title: Branch Manager
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
Base salary will escalate as growth at the branch level is achieved. There will be growth metrics provided that start with a commission/performance bonus plan and then transition to performance bonus only (with a higher base salary) once certain goals are achieved. Our goal is to hire someone who is eager to be a proactive part of our growth strategy, partnering with our local sales rep, and build a book of business they can then manage.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
· Independently lead and manage a team of security supervisors and officers.
· Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and professional development.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations with constructive coaching and feedback.
Operational Oversight:
· Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, contract requirements and client expectations.
Client Relations:
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet security expectations.
· Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and address concerns.
· Prepare and present reports on operational performance and client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
· Oversee budget and cost control while maintaining service quality.
· Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
· Oversee billing and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance & Risk Management:
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
