Supervising Security Teams: Oversee armed guard teams and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Emergency Response: Respond to unusual or emergency situations, escalating force levels as necessary.

Training and Discipline: Train security personnel, coach and discipline as needed, and document coaching and disciplinary actions.

Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the facility and local law enforcement, conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures.

Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary licenses and training.
