The Security Guard will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors.

Essential Functions

• Serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Verify all visitors before granting lobby access.
• Use intercom to communicate with guests.
• Announce all guests to residents when necessary.
• Sign for and log all deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Personally deliver packages to condos.
• Food deliveries are handled directly by the delivery driver after resident confirmation.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Obtain help by sounding alarms.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
