Schedule:

Tuesday- Wednesday 10:00pm- 6:00am

Hourly starting wage: $16.50

Responsibilities:

• Greet and process visitor, vendors and homeowners
• Provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity
• Enforce visitor management policies and procedures
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have experience working a gate house
• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
