Unarmed Flex Security Officer needed in Marysville, OH and the surrounding area

PT/All Shifts - starting pay $19/hr - Weekly Pay

Flex Officers will play a vital role in maintaining service continuity and filling in at various posts on an as-needed basis. This is not a set-post role but a flexible assignment-based position with built in incentives for covering locations consistently.

Key Details:

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Availability Required: Minimum of 3 days/week, submitted every Friday to your supervisor
Assignments: Weekly - based on your stated availability
Coverage Includes: Vacations, FMLA, call-offs, sick days, turnover gaps, etc.
No guaranteed hours, but substantial opportunities are available (see below)
Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months for consistent coverage on committed days (you provide those days)

Requirements

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving background
18+ years of age
Security Experience
Flexible availability
Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana) and background check
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
