Reporting to the Sanitation Manager. The sanitation worker will be performing cleaning/sanitizing duties while wearing personal protective equipment (water protection, gloves and boots).
Job Duties:
- Sanitizing facility using high pressure washer hose? Scrub and wipe machinery surfaces
- Apply chemicals and sanitizer to equipment
- Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
- Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
- Safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
- Clean up meat residues, debris and other packaging materials from area being washed
Qualifications and Skills
- Food Plant Sanitation experience an asset
