With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team and lead our field operations to new heights.
Position Overview: As the Field Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our uniformed security operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated security professionals, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. In this role you will be expected to visit all client locations in your area and to become well versed in the security operations as well as staying on top of the day to day. To accomplish this you will work on post weekly side by side with our officers and clients, a minimum of 16 hours weekly will be on post training and seeking improvement opportunities
